To receive a refund on services requiring a deposit, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and during regular salon business hours. Cancellations made after this window or outside of business hours are not eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us respect the time of our team and clients
